FRESH CORVINA WITH HERBS

1 lb Corvina Fillet Skin Off from Peskados
 2 tbsp Garlic
 1 tbsp Parsley leaves chopped
 ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  tsp Black pepper
 2 tsp Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
 ½ stick Butter
 1 qt Sliced lemon for garnish

Sprinkle the corvina fillets with garlic, parsley, summer savory, salt, pepper and smoked applewood sea salt. Set aside

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter, melt, and then add fish. Cook for 4 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 3–5 minutes.

Place fish on a paper-towel-lined plate to remove any excess fat.

Serve with your favorite vegetable and garnish with lemon and additional parsley if desired.
